To claim a refund you must:
1) Login to your VPN4ALL Client Area, and request an immediate service cancellation (within 30 days of your original order date).
2) In your VPN4ALL Client Area, open a new billing support ticket and inform our Billing Department that you request a refund.
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Refund requests sent by email or communicated to a VPN4ALL staff member in any manner other than the one communicated above may not be processed in a timely manner.
Did you pay by PayPal? We highly recommend that you request a refund from us and not directly from PayPal. If you file for a refund or dispute the payment directly with PayPal, PayPal will freeze the transaction for the period that it conducts an investigation. We will cooperate with PayPal but we won't be able to release the funds until PayPal decides to do so. So its in your fastest interest to request a refund from us directly before opening a PayPal dispute. If you paid with PayPal Subscription, don't forget to login to your PayPal account and cancel automated payments (subscription) to VPN4ALL.
Please note that refunds of payments for services and packages of services (combo deals) where bandwidth usage exceeded 100MB are at the discretion of VPN4ALL Management. As a rule of thumb, we do issue refunds for services with overused bandwidth in cases when users experience ongoing unresolved technical problems with VPN4ALL software and when documented in the form of written communication between a user and our technical support department.
