Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Most Popular Trial Questions > What is the difference between a Trial and a Paid version? Why do I get only 3 servers? Why does my Trial connection break? Why is my Trial connection slow and sometimes even unavailable?
Our one-month free Trial provides users with 100MB bandwidth and access to 3 server locations in Germany, Seychelles and Romania. This is to limit the scope of network abuse which unfortunately often takes place on our trial servers. Following our Fair Trial Use Policy, we periodically force-disconnect our trial users from the network. We also don’t limit the number of concurrent users per trial server, which sometimes results in slow connection speed and even temporarily trial server unavailability for some of our trial users. Due to large number of new trial signups a day, we can only provide limited technical support to our free Trial users.
On the contrary, our Paid users enjoy:
- Unlimited (depending on selected plan) and unrestricted access to the Internet via our fast and secure servers in nearly 30 countries (50 cities) worldwide, including the USA, and more than 1000 clean IP adresses.
- Low user per server ratio for fast browsing experience.
- No forced disconnection from our VPN server network.
- Unlimited 24x7 technical support by chat, email and ticket system.
