Why do I have to fill out a questionnaire before I can actually send my support request?




Because the answers you provide will help us quickly identify your VPN4ALL account, payment in question or figure out the most likely causes of your technical problem, and solve the issue in a timely manner.

At the end of a short questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address and submit your support request. The email with the information you will have provided in the questionnaire will be automatically generated and sent directly to our support team, to the right department.

All the support communications are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption.

 

Is the information incorrect or does it contradict what we say somewhere else at the site? These FAQs are a work in progress and unfortunately as a result our product updates and network changes we can't always get it right instantly in all the FAQs.
