I’m a paid user. How fast will I hear back from your support?




A large part of our service is customer support. We do our very best to provide our paid users with fast, friendly, in-depth and up-to-date support. Our Live Chat support is available 7x24 and can answer pre-sales and basic technical questions. If the issue is more complex, our Level 2 support is available by an email ticketing system. If you request, we will also use TeamViewer.com (Remote Support) to help you get the most out of our product.

 

VPN4ALL prides itself in making the best-in-class software running on a state of the art network and with providing great support to our customers.

 

Is the information incorrect or does it contradict what we say somewhere else at the site? These FAQs are a work in progress and unfortunately as a result our product updates and network changes we can't always get it right instantly in all the FAQs.
