How do I cancel my VPN4ALL service?

Simply login into your Client Area (in your VPN4ALL software, go to Menu -> My Account) and navigate to the My Services tab. There you can see the list of all the plans and services associated with your account. Access Service Details page by clicking View Details icon associated with a particular service.

Scroll down and click Request Cancellation button. Indicate whether you request an immediate service cancellation (makes sense when you are requesting a refund) or a cancellation at the end of the billing period (when you want to finish using your VPN4ALL License Number this month, but don’t want to be billed for the next month). Provide (optional) a reason for the service cancellation, and click “submit”.


You will them receive from us a Cancellation Request Confirmation email that acknowledges your cancellation request. If you requested immediate cancellation, the service will be terminated automatically within the next 24 hours. If however, you requested cancellation at the end of billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of your billing period. In any event, you will not be billed for this service again.



If you paid with PayPal, don't forget to login to your PayPal  account and cancel automated payments (subscription) to VPN4ALL.
