We automatically issue an invoice for service renewal 3 days before the expiration date. The notification about your renewal options and invoice will be sent to you 3 days before your service expires. To ensure a smooth transition from one billing period to the next, you should either pay it right away, or wait until actual expiration day. To view and pay your invoices, simply login into your Client Area (in your VPN4ALL software, go to Menu -> My Account) and navigate to the My Invoices tab.
If you License Number has already expired, login into your Client Area (in your VPN4ALL software, go to Menu -> My Account) and view the status of your service. You’ll still be able to renew if your service is marked as “suspended” (as overdue on renewal payment), but you won’t be able to renew if your service is marked as “terminated”.
If your service is marked as “terminated”, simply go to our website and sign up for a new plan using the email address associated with your old VPN4ALL account.
