Why is your VPN service not free?

We are a professional commercial company with professional products and services. This means we spend a great deal of effort and money on the development of our products, the software, the server infrastructure, managing the networks, and providing high quality customer support.

Free services do not provide high end services and may collect your information and data. Generally, free services do not explain what they are doing and how, nor where they have servers. You simply have to take them at their word that the service is secure. For example some SSL certificate issuing companies provide free VPN. Do you really want to use a free service from a company that collects data from its SSL certificates to determine the veracity of its customers? If you want true security, you have to pay for it.

Is the information incorrect or does it contradict what we say somewhere else at the site? These FAQs are a work in progress and unfortunately as a result our product updates and network changes we can't always get it right instantly in all the FAQs. Please let us know if you see something incorrect and we'll do everything we can to straighten out the misleading bits and pieces! None of these FAQs answer your question? Search our Knowledgebase or Ask Support.
