Which information do you log or cache at the server network?

The VPN4ALL server network is owned, administered and controlled by Web Broadcasting Ltd in the Seychelles. When you are using VPN4ALL service Web Broadcasting Ltd does not track, collect or store any personally identifiable information at the servers on the VPN4ALL server network:


·Web Broadcasting Ltd does not cache, collect or store user’s originating Internet Protocol (IP) address.

·Web Broadcasting Ltd does not cache, collect or store information about which servers or the IP addresses on the VPN4ALL server network a user has connected to at a particular time or in general.

·Web Broadcasting Ltd does not cache, collect or store logs of users’ Internet activities (for example, sites visited, DNS lookups, emails sent or received, usernames or passwords entered etc.).

·Web Broadcasting Ltd does not censor or monitor users’ Internet activities.

·Web Broadcasting Ltd does not censor, monitor or backup users’ emails.

Web Broadcasting Ltd does not cache, log, collect, store, aggregate and use any information whatsoever about user’s Internet activities through the servers on the VPN4ALL server network. Web Broadcasting Ltd does not use cookies of other technologies on any of the VPN4ALL servers. All VPN4ALL server network exit servers contain no information on the servers, network or users whatsoever. Servers’ operating systems are disabled except for those enabled modules necessary for transfer of traffic.

When you are using VPN4ALL service, once every 15 minutes Web Broadcasting Ltd updates information about actual bandwidth count per License Number. Web Broadcasting Ltd uses its best efforts to protect users’ bandwidth count information and all related data against loss, theft, unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This includes, but is not limited to, utilization of appropriate encryption technologies to securely transfer information about users’ bandwidth usage between the VPN4ALL server network and the VPN4ALL Customer Management System.
