Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the quality of your VoIP calls over VPN4ALL because we cannot guarantee the quality of your underlying internet, which is not provided by us. Also, the quality of your VoIP calls will depend on the server you utilize. If you use one that is fairly close to your region, then the ping times will be optimal and you won’t feel any difference in terms of quality or dropped calls. For example if you live in Arizona, use a server a in California and you will not notice any difference, but if you choose a China server you will.
