How do I stop/cancel recurring billing or automated charges?




If you want to continue using VPN4ALL in the next billing period, but don't want to be charged automatically, do the following:
 
- If you paid with a Credit Card, contact out  Billing Support Department and we will turn off automated charges for your account. Feel free to also request deletion of your Credit Card Details on record with us (stored on our secure PCI-compliant server in encrypted format which is not visible to us or to anybody else).
- If you paid with PayPal or Plimus, simply login to your PayPal or Plimus account and cancel automated payments (subscription) to VPN4ALL. If you didn't create or already cancelled subscription directly in your PayPal or Plimus account, you won't be charged automatically.
 
If you don't want to continue using VPN4ALL in the next billing period, do the following:
 
- Login into your Client Area (in your VPN4ALL software, go to Menu -> My Account), and request service cancellation at the end of the billing period (in Client Area, go to My Services -> View Service Details -> Request Cancellation).
- If you paid with PayPal or Plimus, don't forget to login to your PayPal or Plimus account and cancel automated payments (subscription) to VPN4ALL.
 
If you don't request service cancellation, we will generate a renewal invoice 3 days before your existing plan is to expire. You then will have a choice to renew and continue with us (immediately, or wait until the expiration date) or request service cancellation. If you cancel, you won’t be billed again even if we have your Credit Card Details on record. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we will suspend your service.
