We guarantee that our network is always up and that you can find a fast working server in our network at all times. No waiting for servers that are always down or so slow that you cant connect.
We also guarantee that our VPN4ALL service as a whole is secure, reliable, fast and always available. However, we do not provide any Service Level Agreement (SLA). Some of our servers in more than 25 countries (50 locations) may be under service from time to time, and to date no more than 6% of our servers have ever been down at the same time. That is 3 servers out of more than 50, so you would have always had at least 47 other connecting servers to provide you with secure and fast service.
At VPN4ALL we also offer a 30-days no-questions-asked moneyback guarantee. For more information, please consult our comprehensive Refund Policy.
