Why would PayPal want to see my real IP address?

PayPal and Credit Card merchants' security is currently based on transparency and that means knowing your IP and your ID. The problem is that this transparency is the same culprit that delivers hackers and cyber criminals into your computer. So in a sense, the security strategy of PayPal and Credit Card merchants is part of the problem. What one needs is a completely opaque ID so that cyber criminals can't steal your data and ID, but the problem then becomes, how can PayPal know that you are you. This is an issue of authentication and VPN4ALL is far better at handling authentication then credit card merchants are. Otherwise there would be no theft of credit cards and no ID fraud (which is now rampant with over 11.2 million ID frauds in the last year alone).

Because this secure technology has not yet been integrated into PayPal and Credit Card merchants, PayPal and Credit Card merchants become suspicious if you are using different digital signatures (IP addresses) and will put your account on hold. But if you always use the same fixed IP for your PayPal and online purchases with your Credit Cards, you will be fine. So the solution to authentication is providing a fixed IP (we call it an Anchor IP) that still is protected by VPN4ALL and accepted by PayPal and credit card merchants.
